Add-ons Warranty Claims 🔗


Add-ons sold on blenderkit.com are covered by quality guarantees that are governed by Czech law.

You have the right to file a warranty claim within two years of purchase if an add-on fails to perform its intended function. This time limit applies to all buyers, whether consumer or entrepreneur.

If you experience an issue that does not prevent full use of the add-on, or if you simply wish to provide feedback to the seller, please use the comments section under the add-on. Make warranty claims only in cases of defective performance.

All the communication regarding warranty claims is held in English. To learn how to make a warranty claim, view the following instructions:

  1. Go to the Purchased Items page and click on the "make a warranty claim" link.
  2. Select the defective item and provide a detailed description of the defects and the preferred solution.
  3. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of the claim to your user email. It usually takes about 1 minute. From this moment, the seller is obliged to resolve the claim within 30 days.
  4. You can go to the Warranty Claim page from the Purchased Items page and reject the claim using the form at the bottom if you change your mind.
  5. The seller may contact you if they need more information regarding the defect in question, or if the time to repair the defect needs to be extended, or if the issue cannot be solved as requested. You will receive a notification about every message received from the seller.
  6. On the Warranty Claim page, you can find out the current state of the case, read the messages from the seller, and send a message to the seller.
  7. You will receive a confirmation of settlement (or rejection) of the claim to your user email.

On the Warranty Claim page, you can contact the seller in case of objections to handling the claim. Again, you will receive a notification about every message received from the seller. In the worst case, if it seems impossible to reach an agreement with the seller, you are eligible to contact us in order to get the dispute resolved.
