The NS Design Omni Bass - formerly known as the NS Bass Cello - is an amazingly versatile, compact, modern hybrid instrument with the familiar 34-inch scale length of an electric bass guitar combined with the curved bridge and fretboard of an upright bass thanks to the boomerang Strap Systems, the Omni Bass can be switched on the fly between vertical like an upright bass or cello, or horizontal like a bass guitar using pizzicato or arco techniques. I spiced up the bass a bit with the materials because I didn't want to paint it in the old red that people like to use. on my model, the scale markings are made of precious opal as embedded inlays and not just brushed on. the Omni Bass is equipped with the matching TRIPOD STAND. you can rotate, tilt and adjust the height of the tripod.
