To get 6K textures you need to change MAX RESOLUTION to ORIGINAL in IMPORT SETTINGS of BlenderKit addon. (press "N" key to open Sidebar).

Wooden house Montauk is based on one of many designs created by THE BARN YARD. This building fits well in rural scenes and can serve as a modern residential building, pool house, guest house, or a cabin.

The interior is ready to be filled with furniture - wooden planks cover the walls and massive wooden beams support the entire structure.

Two sets of 6K textures have been specially edited to create a varied wood pattern. Procedural materials are used for other parts of the building.

Most parts have an unapplied bevel modifier, roof tiles have a "fake" bevel created with a node in the shader which works only in Cycles.
