The Mad Hatter from the fairy tale Alice in Wonderland inspired me to create this opulent top hat. He always has a price tag on his hat because it was his business. In this case, the opulent top hat with hat cloth and 2 hat pins costs 10 shillings and 6 pence. The protruding end of the hat cloth is equipped with a rig and can be easily deformed.
