How is the fee structure changing?

So 15% is deducted from the money that comes into our accounts, and the percentages are calculated on the amount that remains, as with other redistributions. It is to be expected that only part of the redistributions will be redistributed in this way, the remaining redistributions will be calculated as before.
Why are we making this change?
