How to find & install add-ons in Blender 🔗

  1. If you haven't already, download and install BlenderKit for free. Be sure to register to enjoy discounts, tips, and much more.
  2. In Blender, log in to BlenderKit in the side panel of the 3D view. For free add-ons, login is not needed.
  3. Go to the Search bar to switch the asset type to add-on.
  4. Filter by category and check pricing.
  5. If your desired add-on is free, click to install it. If it is a paid add-on, you will be directed to the BlenderKit website for a quick and safe purchase before installing in Blender.
  6. Choose if to install the add-on permanently or temporarily (for one session). If you only use the add-on occasionally, we recommend the second option to avoid cluttering the UI.
  7. To disable or uninstall, click on the add-on and pick an option from the menu.
