For Optimized playback:
1. Click on "Water" object.
2. Go to Physics Properties.
3. scroll down to "Cache" settings.
4. Change "Type" from "Reply" to "All"
5. A "Bake all" option will appear below.
6. choose the "End" (frame limit) in the "output properties" or from the timeline panel.
7. get back to step 5 and press bake all, leave it to run a bit and once it's done you can play the animation with higher frame rates.
