I just realized that the dragon's wings have a problem. To fix it, select the dragon and Ben, then press Ctrl + P and choose Automatic Weight Paint until the wing issue is resolved.
To fix the eyes problem, parent the eyes to the dragon's head Weight Paint, and parent the dragon's eyelids to Ben's eye Weight Paint as well.
