Violoncello by Antonio Stradivari, Cremona, 1699, "Castelbarco". The known history of this magnificent cello begins with Count Cesare Castelbarco of Milan. Today the cello is united in a quartet of Stradivarius, as it was in Castelbarco's collection; one of its musical partners was the 1699 violin also in this display. This cello built by Stradivari differs only slightly from those he built 28 years later, it has a slightly different geometry, smaller buton carving on the stem and a different belly. The cello model I created differs from the one I used before. The carpet has a higher number of threads and is therefore better suited for close-ups. I was approached by a model user, so I created another Stradivari cello model. Furthermore, the black decorative stripes are made of mesh so that the pixels of the normal map are gone from the previous model in the close-up. They were only 4 pixels wide there, so it was difficult to smooth them out, you can adjust the color of the stripes. a real Stradivari fan will be very happy with this model because you can clearly see its origin.
