To get 8K textures: change MAX RESOLUTION to ORIGINAL in IMPORT SETTINGS of BlenderKit addon. (press "N" key to open Sidebar).

Modern house is based on a real cabin which can be rented. It has a sleek exterior with a distinct roofline and plenty of windows, blending contemporary design with a classic cabin feel. This house fits well in rural or forest scenes and can serve as a modern residential building or a guest house.

The interior features a fully modeled kitchen with furniture, burning stove, fridge, table, shelves, curtains, several lamps and sockets. It also includes a ready-to-use bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, cabinet and sink with mirror. The remaining rooms are empty and waiting for your furniture.

All doors are locked on one rotational or positional axis for easy opening/closing.

Two main wood shaders were created using optimized 8K textures that have been specially edited to produce a varied wood pattern. 2-4K JPEG textures and simple procedural materials are used for the other parts of the house. Most parts have an unapplied bevel modifier.
