The 2024 Ford Mustang GT is the start of the car’s seventh generation, mixing classic muscle car style with modern upgrades. It uses a new 5.0-liter V8 that makes 480 horsepower, or 486 with the active exhaust, and comes with either a six-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic. The design is sharper and more aggressive, while the inside has a big digital gauge display and touchscreen. It offers multiple drive modes, an optional performance package with better brakes and suspension, and plenty of tech like wireless phone connection and safety features. It’s still a loud, powerful Mustang—just with more modern tech and comfort.
