This detailed model of a medieval poster has been crafted with great care using Blender 4.2.1. The letters of the entire medieval script are individually retopologized into quads and placed on the wavy surface of the poster using shrinkwrap and solidify modifiers. The solidify modifier makes the letters solid, with the thickness controlled by the large ‘A’. Adjusting the settings of the large ‘A’ will change the thickness of all the letters. The letters are sufficiently subdivided to conform to the poster’s surface while still allowing for a bevel modifier. They are made of leather with a preset thickness of 1 mm.
