Charisma Bobblehead from the Fallout 3 universe, the textures replicate a 1950's hand made bobblehead, I tried my best to emulate a hand painted feeling.
The model comes with an RBD setup to make the head wobble when moving the root bone, you can try this by moving it when the timeline is playing. You can also extend the head using the SPRING_STRETCH, the RBD simulation will adapt and the spring will follow.
Furthermore, the parameters to control the spring RBD simulation are available as custom properties on the SPRING_STRETCH bone, you can edit the the stiffness and damping values of the spring, aswell as the weight of the head.
