To get 8K textures you need to change MAX RESOLUTION to ORIGINAL in IMPORT SETTINGS of BlenderKit addon. (press "N" key to open Sidebar).

Wooden house Timbera is made of natural wood, giving it a style that is both rustic and contemporary. The interior is ready for your furniture. Wooden walls separate four distinct rooms: an open-plan studio living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Origins of all doors and windows are placed in a convenient spot for easy opening/closing.

The wood shader has a slightly stylized look (works only in Cycles) and was created with two optimized 8K textures that have been specially edited to produce a varied wood pattern. Simple procedural materials are used for other parts of the building.

Most parts have an unapplied bevel modifier.
