Winter contest winners announcement 🔗

Dear artists,

we are thrilled to announce the results of the winter contest. Total of 204 artists entered the contest and a total of 256 voters were deciding who gets the prize.

Thank you all for participating. We are amazed by the quality of the entries in both sections.

Winners of Renders section

Let's move on to the Renders section, which had a Winter Cozy Mood theme.

The order of the winners is:

1st place 🔗

$1,500 for Mr. Blue, Winter Cozy Mood

We believe the complexity of the scene and its lighting along with the warm colours is what drew your eyes to this image, which is why you chose it for first place.

2nd place 🔗

$1,000 for Piotr Strycharski, Winter Cozy Mood

Really cozy not only because of the Christmas theme, but the tasteful use of multiple 3D models from our library. Congratulations!

3rd place 🔗

$500 for Aditya Singh, Quiet Contemplation

A minimalist interior full of winter light. A beautiful place to relax.

Winners of 3D model section

And now to the larger model section where there was even more to play for!

1st place

$4,000 for George Novgorodtsev

2nd place

$1,500 for Michal Stetina

Michal convinced you with his amazing car models, which are popular not only in the competition but also in terms of the number of downloads directly from Blender. We are not surprised that he came in second place!

3rd place

$500 for Ibotpl

Ibrahim has convinced you with everyday objects that are mastered to perfection. More than a few of these assets were also in the foreground of the competition renders, as they are a great choice for any cozy interior.

Check out the ranking of all the renders and models according to how you voted:

End note: It took us two days to announce the winners, because we had to fix a bug in the way our database evaluates the number of likes. Due to this error, the wrong number of likes were also published on our website for several hours. We apologize for this oversight, we ended up verifying the odds 'manually' in the spreadsheet editor in addition to the optimized calculation on the server.
