  Select all non-watertight edges for quick hole-filling.

  Flag faces whose normals exceed your chosen overhang angle.
• Shell Thin Walls
  Instantly add a Solidify modifier to thicken fragile areas.
• Close Holes
  Auto-fill boundary edges in edit or object mode.
• Orient for Printing
  Rotate your model so its largest face lies flat on the build plate.

1. Blender 3.6.1 or newer
2. Download the ZIP from this page.
3. In Blender: Edit → Preferences → Add-ons → Install…, choose the ZIP.
4. Enable 3D Print Prep Wizard in the add-ons list.

1. Select your mesh in Object Mode.
2. In the Print Prep sidebar:
3. Set Shell Thickness (e.g. 0.01 m)
4. Click Detect Thin Walls, Detect Non-Manifold, or Detect Overhangs
5. Under Auto-Fixes:
6. Click Shell Thin Walls to apply Solidify
7. Click Close Holes to fill gaps
8. Click Orient for Printing to align your print
